Recently, the Guangzhou Beautiful City Construction Plan Outline (2025-2035) (Draft for Public Comments) (hereinafter referred to as the "Outline") was published on the website of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, clarifying the "task list" and "roadmap" for building a beautiful Guangzhou.

The Outline proposes a vision of "Beautiful Landscape Flower City, Vibrant New Guangzhou" based on harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature. The aim is to build a beautiful Guangzhou characterized by clear waters and green mountains, beautiful and livable rural and urban homes, well-ordered towns and villages, and a green, low-carbon economy and society.

The plans for "building a comprehensive 'zero waste city'" and "enhancing the entire chain of the municipal solid waste classification system—including disposal, collection, transportation, and treatment"—are particularly noteworthy. These plans clearly outline the key pathways for the city's future green development. This represents not only an upgrade in urban governance but also a profound call for every resident of Yangcheng (Guangzhou) to embrace a green lifestyle.

Technology-Driven Empowerment: Providing a QINGLV Solution
In Guangzhou's comprehensive journey toward becoming a "zero waste city," the refined and resource-oriented treatment of municipal solid waste is undoubtedly the core link to achieving this goal. QINGLV Environment, with its long term dedication to the waste sorting field, deeply understands the bottlenecks and challenges of traditional waste treatment models.

Therefore, using technological innovation as its tool, QINGLV has outlined in Guangzhou's Baiyun District the country's first "Integrated Smart Sorting and Compression Sanitation Complex"—the Xinke Municipal Solid Waste Station. This facility is no longer a simple transfer station for bulk compression. It is an efficient urban waste hub integrating "sorting, compression, resource recovery, and waste reduction," providing a tangible "QINGLV solution" for Guangzhou's "beautiful city construction."

Small Footprint, High Capacity: Precise Identification and Efficient Sorting
Occupying an area of 1,600 square meters with a maximum daily processing capacity of up to 100 tons, the project utilizes AI-powered photoelectric multi-modal intelligent identification technology. It can precisely identify and sort recyclables such as meal boxes, cans, plastics, and waste paper, achieving a sorting accuracy rate exceeding 90%. This reduces the amount of mixed municipal solid waste entering landfills and incineration plants at the source, effectively alleviating land occupation and environment pollution issues. It actively responds to the national call for green development and serves as a positive social demonstration.

Media Spotlight on the QINGLV Solution

Thanks to the innovative technological capabilities and significant economic and social benefits, the project has garnered concentrated coverage from several national and provincial mainstream media outlets, including CCTV.com, Guangdong Television, and Southern Metropolis Daily.

Reports highlight that the project has greatly increased the utilization rate of recyclables and freed more sanitation workers from labor-intensive tasks, promoting the transformation of urban sanitation operations from "labor-intensive" to "smart and efficient."

As a deep participant and technological leader in urban green governance, QINGLV Environment is consistently committed to promoting the comprehensive transformation of sanitation systems from traditional to intelligent, and from end-of-pipe treatment to source management. The commencement of operations at the Jiahe Xinke Compression Station is not only a concentrated reflection of QINGLV Environment's innovative capabilities but also the practical realization of its vision to "lead the value re-creation and widespread application of solid waste sorting."

In the future, QINGLV Environment will continue to promote the application of intelligent sorting and digital management technologies in more urban scenarios across the country, supporting the nationwide construction of "zereo waste cities" and contributing the "QINGLV Solution" to realizing a beautiful China where humanity and nature coexist in harmony.
