As the global circular economy accelerates and green supply chain initiatives continue to advance, overseas markets are demanding higher standards for solid waste resource recovery capabilities. In Southeast Asia in particular, the rapid expansion of the paper and packaging industry has led to a sharp increase in paper mill waste, while accelerating urbanization has pushed aged landfill waste close to land capacity limits. "Difficulty in digesting new waste and inability to clear out legacy waste" has become a common challenge for resource recovery companies in the region.

Recently, Qinglv Environmentsigned a contract with a large solid waste resource recovery enterprise in a Southeast Asian country, customizing and delivering a multi-line sorting system covering both paper mill waste and aged landfill waste scenarios. The scope includes full-process services such as solution design, equipment manufacturing, ocean freight delivery, installation, and commissioning. The first batch of equipment has already been loaded at the Dongguan manufacturing facility and is now being shipped.

Multiple Lines in Synergy to Meet Complex Solid Waste Treatment Needs

Paper mill waste and aged landfill waste are characterized by complex material composition and significant differences in properties. Paper mill waste typically contains paper fibers, plastics, metals, and other impurities, while aged landfill waste – after long-term storage – contains soil-like materials, plastic films, metals, bricks, stones, and various other components, placing higher demands on equipment stability and sorting accuracy.

To address the specific characteristics of the project, Qinglv Environment adopted a systematic multi-line design approach, integrating multiple types of equipment to achieve effective separation of different material categories. The equipment system encompasses core processes including 3D sorter, magnetic separation, air classification, and intelligent identification, allowing for precise configuration based on the composition of different waste streams.

Factory Pre-Commissioning Completed to Ensure Rapid Overseas Deployment

Prior to shipment, Qinglv Environment strictly completed manufacturing, equipment debugging, and full-line operational testing in accordance with project requirements. Key equipment performance, production line integration, and the automation control system were thoroughly inspected to ensure that all equipment meets the installation and operational standards required for the overseas project.

To accommodate the long-distance ocean transport, all equipment underwent specialized packaging, protective treatment, and shipping preparation before leaving the factory. After the equipment arrives at the project site, Qinglv Environment will provide installation guidance, commissioning support, and technical services to help the overseas project achieve rapid startup and operation.
