Qinglv's Latest Construction and Renovation Waste Project Has Landed in Chongqing and Is Running Successfully!
The mountain city is in the picture, green and full of color. Recently, the latest construction and renovation waste sorting project of Qinglv Environmental, which has attracted a lot of attention, has officially landed and successfully operated in Chongqing! This is not only another milestone in the field of solid waste treatment, but also a firm practice of Qinglv to help the construction of Chongqing's “waste-free city” with scientific and technological innovation, and to promote the sustainable development of the region's green.
Waste Resourcing “New Problem” under Urban Renewal
With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's quality of life, construction and renovation activities have become more and more frequent, and the resulting construction and renovation waste has become a major “problem” for urban management. This kind of garbage is large in volume, complex composition, high processing difficulty, the traditional rough treatment not only occupy a lot of land resources, more likely to cause environmental pollution. How to realize the construction and renovation waste reduction, resource utilization, harmless treatment, has become a key part of promoting urban green transformation, building a beautiful China.
Chongqing, as an economic center on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and an important national central city, has attracted attention for its speed of urban construction and renewal. In this context, an efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly construction and renovation waste treatment program is particularly urgent. With years of technical accumulation and innovative practice in the field of solid waste treatment, Qinglv Environmental has brought a new “Qinglv Answer” to the city.
Technology Enabled New Model of Fine Sorting
The construction and renovation waste sorting project in Chongqing covers a total area of 20,000 square meters, with an average daily capacity of 600 tons, and the sorting system is a set of high-efficiency, intelligent and environmentally friendly system solutions crafted by Qinglv Environmental in response to the complexity of the project's waste composition and the difficulty of sorting.
The incoming materials enter the 3D sorter through the uniform loading machine, and are accurately and rapidly sorted into three types of materials: 3D materials, 2D light materials and under-screen materials. The 3D materials are mainly masonry stones, metals, wood, hard plastics, etc. The 3D materials can be sold directly to the metal processing plants. Among them, magnetic metals such as iron will be adsorbed and screened out by the magnetic separator, which can be directly sold to metal processing factories.
Wood and hard plastics are recognized, positioned and sorted by the “machine vision” technology of the AI intelligent sorting robot. The robot combines vision, AI algorithms and tandem high-speed motion control technology to achieve a sorting accuracy rate of more than 95%.
2D lightweight material, mainly woven bags, film, and clothing, has less ash, is more pure, and is compressed and baled into SRF and RDF, which can be extremely profitable in the back-end recycling market.
The under-screen material is sorted out by the relaxation sieve into fine sandy soil and small stones, which are clean and with few impurities, and can be recycled at a high price to be made into recycled construction aggregate, water stabilization, cement filler and so on.
The whole line system of this project adopts a modular design with wider applicability and flexible customization. Through refined and intelligent sorting, it achieves higher sorting purity with less equipment and lower energy consumption, and reduces the operating cost while maximizing the revenue from resource recovery, realizing 100% resource utilization.
The project's Qinglv environmental not only realizes breakthroughs in core technology, but also demonstrates the ultimate pursuit of quality and environment in many details.
Full line dustproof, guarding the green sorting: In order to effectively inhibit the dust that may be generated during the sorting process, Qinglv is equipped with customized dustproof modules (including airtight shrouds and drop trays) on all the conveying equipment, which reduces the dust escaping from the source, and guarantees the cleanness of the on-site operating environment and the health of the staff.
Multiple dust suppression to create a fresh environment: The project combines the actual site with a set of highly efficient negative-pressure dust removal sprinkler system covering the upper part of the plant. The system works in synergy with the dust control module to form a three-dimensional dust control system, ensuring the air quality of the entire plant.
Intelligent Robot, Accurate and Efficient Sorting: In addition to the AI vision sorting machine, a heavy-duty robot has been put into use on the heavy material sorting platform, which is capable of picking out specific materials according to the preset program in an automated and high-precision manner to ensure the continuous stability and high efficiency of sorting.
Craftsmanship design, showing industrial aesthetics: Qinglv knows that a modern factory should not only be efficient, but also beautiful. The project team also made great efforts in the appearance design of the sorting line system, striving to be high-end and neat, showing the design sense of modern industrial equipment, enhancing the overall image of the plant, and demonstrating the professionalism and industrial aesthetics of Qinglv Environmental.
The successful commissioning of the Chongqing project is another important achievement of Greenpeace's “low-cost, high-availability and sustainable” intelligent sorting solution. The project not only provides an efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly model of construction and renovation waste treatment for the local community, but also verifies the reliability and sophistication of Qinglv's system solutions in complex application scenarios.
In the future, Qinglv will continue to focus on technology research and development and application innovation, continuously optimize the solutions, promote the resource utilization of construction waste from “mid-range sorting” to “full chain control” upgrade, and provide professional construction waste resource utilization services for more cities.
We firmly believe that through the empowerment of science and technology, construction and renovation waste, once regarded as a burden, will be transformed into a valuable resource for promoting green development and circular economy in cities.
